Who can attend the SUMMIT?

The event is open to stakeholders from across the globe, including producers, suppliers, retailers, and certification bodies, as well as anyone interested in agriculture, aquaculture, floriculture, food safety, sustainability, and the future of the farming industry.

What is included in the ticket price?

All ticket categories include full access to the GLOBALG.A.P. SUMMIT sessions and catering (lunches and coffee breaks) during each day of the event. Activities such as the Evening Event have an additional charge. These can be added to your ticket selection in the online form

Please note that the purchase of tickets and redemption of any discount offers is only possible online. Shortly before the event, attendees will receive a QR code for onsite registration via email.

When does the Early Bird discount apply?

Early Bird tickets are available for a limited time only – saving you over 20% on all ticket categories until 30 June 2024. GLOBALG.A.P. Community Members can also take advantage of a special price category.

Can I buy tickets for a group?

Yes – for groups, we are offering a 50% discount on every third ticket purchased. Special rates are also available on request for larger groups, as well as for attendees representing universities and educational institutions. Please email us at summit@globalgap.org for more information.

Can I reserve a hotel room when purchasing tickets?

Yes – the online ticket form has an option to reserve a room (single or double occupancy) at either the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel (the GLOBALG.A.P. SUMMIT 2024 venue) or the V Hotel Warsaw (located 5km from the event venue). You will need to enter an arrival and departure date. Information on pricing is displayed in the ticket form.

All hotel reservations are managed by our partner agency, H.U.T. GmbH (sarah.stollenwerk@hut-gmbh.net).

Can I cancel my ticket if I cannot attend the event?

Ticket cancellation is possible up to 14 days prior to the event with a service charge of €50. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days prior to the event will result in a refund of 50% of the ticket price. The full ticket price will be charged, and no refunds offered, for no-shows without prior written cancellation. To cancel a ticket, please contact our partner agency H.U.T. GmbH at sarah.stollenwerk@hut-gmbh.net.
