Quincy Lissaur is a management consultant with a degree in entrepreneurship from Babson College and more than 15 years of experience working in the food sector. After five years in management consulting and eight years at the British Standards Institution (BSI), Quincy started his own management consulting firm in 2012 focusing on food safety, sustainability, compliance, and general management. In March 2013 Quincy joined SSAFE as its Executive Director.
At BSI, Quincy was responsible for the development of fast-track standards for the food industry, including the PRP series of standards PAS 220–PAS 224 (now the ISO 22002 Series), and PAS 96 for Food Defense, among others.
A Dutch national with extensive international experience, he lives in Colombia and spends extensive periods of the year in the USA and Europe. Besides his role as Executive Director of SSAFE, Quincy works with a select group of other private clients and was the Honorary Consul of the Netherlands in Medellin, Colombia from 2020-2022.
