Gabor Molnar is a seasoned Industrial Development Officer at UNIDO, specializing in food security, sustainable supply chains, and standards compliance.
With a PhD in Food Science from Université Laval, Canada, and a master's in International Business Management from the University of Wales, UK, Gabor boasts a strong academic foundation.
At UNIDO, he is the organization’s Food Safety Technical Lead and implements interventions in food safety, agribusiness, and value chain development. He represents UNIDO in a number of global forums, including the Standards and Trade Development Facility of the World Trade Organization and Codex Alimentarius.
