Anders Tofte Wilhelmsen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Prior to this, he studied Economics at the University of Oslo.
At Milarex, he oversees the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, ensuring compliance with upcoming EU regulations while enhancing the company’s global brand presence. Prior to Milarex, he held leadership positions at prominent companies such as Cermaq Group, Mondelēz International, and Jotun, where he led significant brand repositioning projects, growth initiatives, developed strategic marketing frameworks, and managed large-scale product portfolios.
With a proven track record in sustainability, marketing, and corporate strategy, he has also contributed as a board member to various organizations, helping to shape strategic direction and ensure long-term value creation.
